Have kids? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Port Maitland Wesleyan Church offers programs for kids who are 4 years old through 6th grade.
We believe this is not just babysitting – it’s leadership development. At Port Maitland Church, we focus on raising the next generation of leaders who will change the world for the Kingdom. Port Maitland Kids is one of our highest priorities at Port Maitland Wesleyan Church – because we believe in raising up the next generation.
If your kids are in Kindergarten through 6th grade, then they come to worship with us in the main auditorium. Partway through the service, all kids are dismissed to follow their teacher downstairs for the rest of the service, where they will have a blast! Kids check-in starts 30 minutes before service. You can save some time by pre-registering your child below.
YOUR KIDS WILL LOVE IT
Your kids will experience an age-appropriate lesson that will teach them about God and His love for them. The teaching is interactive and utilizes multiple approaches for different learning styles. The goal at Port Maitland Kids is to raise up world-changers who understand who Jesus is and how that changes their lives. And they’ll have a ton of fun!

Sparks® ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.

The T&T (Truth & Training) curriculum teaches kids the truth of God’s Word, trains them to follow Him and practice His grace.
What’s in T&T?
T&T (Truth & Training) ushers kids and preteens on a journey to know God and His Word, love and need their Savior, and live out their faith in the ever-changing world around them. Featuring 30 lessons each year, this curriculum can launch your outreach efforts and deepen your discipleship as it equips your leaders and challenges your kids to understand, retain, and apply His Truth!

Your questions draw you closer to God than answers ever will. Port Maitland Wesleyan Church runs Alpha for Youth on Thursday nights from 6-8 pm at the Port Maitland Elementary School in the gym. We play basketball, dodge ball and other games, have a snack, watch a video on the night’s topic and then discuss it. We’d love for you to join us.
